After a day of incredible rain, I had water pouring down the inside of my garage, so I assumed the seal of the flashing had gone, or the flashing itself had degraded. It’s a small job, and in the spring with many roofers taking on new roofs, not something all roofers want to waste time on, for a small amount of money.
LG Pro arrived the next day, a Saturday, took a look, and had it repaired within 30 minutes. Two great guys, happy to fix the seal on the spot, and to explain the problem. Rather than have me immediately invest in new flashing, and just make an assumption that was financially beneficial to them, they told me to just keep an eye on it, and if there were issues later with the flashing they would be right back.
When I bought my house, the roof was just recently done, but the previous owners had neglected to do the garage. Enter LG Pro. They did a fantastic job on my garage roof – quick booking, job completed in a timely manner, excellent site clean-up, very reasonable rates. I would definitely recommend these guys to a friend.
